Living and Loving is a charity helping HIV positive destitute children and their families.

• The HIV epidemic has taken a terrible toll on children worldwide.
• Thailand has one of the most successful government-lead programmes of antiretroviral treatment or "HAART" in the world.
• Children with access to treatment can now remain alive and reach adolescence and adulthood.

BUT:

• Children are often orphans, living with sick parents or elderly relatives who have lost their livelihood and become destitute or live in orphanages.

• Your support will provide shelter, food and transport to school.
• You will help to maintain children within their community and prevent them suffering from stigma.
• You will help provide psycho-social support through outreach workers.
• You will help living conditions and medical care in orphanages to cover costs for the children under their care.
• Your help will be distributed through HIV paediatricians of international repute who look after the children in large specialized units in Thailand and through orphanages.
• 99% of donations reach the children, administrative costs are minimal.
